Ontario Extend Digital Literacy Fellowship Expression of Interest

Do you support your colleagues with the discovering and experimentation of new digital learning tools? Are you seeking a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate your high-performance online teaching and mentorship practice?
The Ontario Extend (OE) team is accepting expressions of interest for 10 OE Digital Literacy Fellows from 10 of Ontario’s publicly funded post-secondary institutions to deliver the Extend Program to two small cohorts of participants in August and November 2023, with a broader preparation and debrief commitment from June 26-November 24, 2023. This is a financially incentivized professional learning sprint for both fellows and participants to be facilitated online. Fellows or institutions on behalf of fellows will receive a stipend of $15,000 for participation in the entire fellowship opportunity. eCampusOntario acknowledges work arrangements which are flexible and encourages applications from those who are interested in complimenting their existing work schedules and obligations. Evening work is to be expected.
OE Digital Literacy Fellows are likely to hold positions as instructors, researchers, instructional designers, educational technologists, librarians, or other professionals working for, or in support of, a Teaching and Learning Centre. Indigenous and Francophone educators are encouraged to apply and shape the future of the Extend program.
