Public Director – Finance
eCampusOntario Board of Director

The eCampusOntario Board of Directors is seeking nominations for the following position:
- A member of the public with financial, audit or risk management experience
The eCampusOntario Board of Directors meets five times annually to provide oversight and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization. It is expected that Directors come to meetings prepared to engage in discussion. Directors serve without remuneration. Currently, all meetings are virtual to accommodate pandemic restrictions, but once in-person meetings are possible again, travel expenses will be reimbursed. All Directors serve a three-year term, with an option to renew once.
Board members act as organizational ambassadors in their respective sector areas, whether as administrators, faculty or students, and from time to time connect the organization with advice, resources and expertise as appropriate to help strengthen eCampusOntario initiatives and strategic guidance.
